Tax Technical Support Helpdesk

 

Our clients are increasingly telling us that one thing they really value is having expert advice on tap to deal with those thorny tax questions that need a quick and accurate response but which are perhaps outside the remit of their relevant expertise.

Our response is to provide our technical support. For a fixed quarterly fee we will be available to deal with these queries for you, typically by email, telephone or through the client log in area. This facility helps our clients to deal with initial questions covering UK income and capital gains, corporation tax, Value Added Tax and employer taxes (PAYE & NIC), with advice being provided by our very experienced tax team.

Our commitment to you is that we will respond to you as quickly as we can and certainly within two working days. Where we deal with your query on the telephone we will confirm the advice in a written note.

The purpose of this facility is therefore to provide you with a mechanism for dealing with such day to day queries without the worry of incurring unexpected professional fees. Provided the query is within the scope of our agreement with you, then you may use the helpline as often as you wish. For this facility we will charge you a fixed quarterly fee from £500 plus VAT.
