Electronic Submission deadline for forms P46 car for quarter to 5th April 2012

Deadline for forms P35 and P14 (End of year PAYE returns) for the year ended 5th April 2012 to reach H M Revenue and Customs

Deadline date by which to apply for a PAYE settlement Agreement to H M Revenue and Customs for the year ended 5th April 2012

- Submission of P11D, P9D, P11D(b) For tax year ended 5th April 2012
- Filing 2011/2012 Taxed Award Scheme returns
- Providing a copy of form P11D or P9D to relevant employers for year end 5th April 2012
- Notifying third parties of benefits provided to them
- Notifying H M Revenue and Customs of any reportable termination “payments” made in the year ended 5th April 2012
- Reporting benefits provided under Employer Financed Retirement BenefitsScheme’s
- Reporting on H M Revenue and Customs approved share option plans and on employment related securities and options (reportable events) for the year ended 5th April 2012

Payment date for Class 1A National Insurance for the year ended 5th April 2012, where the payment is made electronically
