About Edge Tax

After over ten years in top four accountancy firms and offshore trust firms, an existing client finally convinced Anton Lane to take the plunge and establish his own tax practice. Anton established Edge Tax Consultancy Limited (“Edge”) in July 2005. Edge primarily focused on offshore structuring, cross jurisdictional planning, remuneration planning and tax disclosures involving offshore elements.

Originally based in Cheltenham, Edge gradually recruited a team of administrators and tax professionals to support Anton. The firm typically provided advice on a consultancy basis to local, national and international individuals, businesses, accountancy firms and solicitors. Anton continued to predominantly operate in cross jurisdictional tax advice with clients from various locations including the Channel Islands, Europe, United States, Africa, and Australasia. 

Edge relocated to Bristol in March 2011. Dave Hedges joined Edge in June 2011 to manage the growing employer solutions department. Anton and Dave first met when they first worked together in the late nineties and have stayed in touch ever since.
